Frustrated Lesbian Beat And Strangled Friend For Refusing Her Advances

A lesbian woman reportedly held a friend hostage for over an hour for refusing her sexual advances, and then beat and strangled her victim with no mercy.

The accused, 32-year-old Jesamine Hearsum, allegedly stripped naked last year and forced herself on the woman. She was spared jail time, even though she pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, sexual assault, assault by beating, and harassment.

The court had hoped that a three-year restraining order would be punishment enough for Hearsum, but just a few weeks after she was sentenced, she began contacting the victim by text message.

While, according to prosecutor Nick O’Brien, the messages were of an apologetic nature at first, that soon changed, as O’Brien said, “They then changed to wanting her back and then changed again to threatening. The victim didn’t report these breaches because she didn’t want to feel responsible for putting Hearsum in prison.”

When Hearsum’s messages turned outright nasty, the victim threatened to show them to the police. One such message read, “I should have f***ed you up when I had a chance.”

Following that, Hearsum sent a bunch of Facebook messages to both the victim and her sister, and Hearsum was arrested that same day.

Even though she pleaded guilty to breaching her restraining order, Gloucester Crown Court again spared her jail time.

In speaking about the night of the sexual attack, prosecutor Julian Kesner told the court, ”She repeatedly asked the victim to stay the night and go to bed with her. Her repeated invitations were declined. The defendant was acting in a bizarre way. She took all her clothes off and asked the lady for a kiss. This was again declined.”

The court heard that things then went from bad to worse as the victim was punched and choked by the accused and was only able to free herself from the situation by contacting her boyfriend, who called the police.
