Jason, it would take 5 seconds to get out of that contract, or to just ignore it, like Facebook seems to be.

I didn't say they couldn't get out of it... just that Balmer isn't necessarily the kind of guy you want to cross... Could end up "sleeping with the fishes".

Jason, if there's one thing I know about Kevin Rose, is that he's charmed. Water off a ducks back. In the little correspondence I've had with him, I've also come to the conclusion that he's one of the nice guys as well. He has a humility about him that many others lack
