Teresa Giudice ‘Cries Herself To Sleep,’ Contemplates Donating Fur Coats To PETA?

Teresa Giudice has been in prison for almost two weeks now, and details about how she’s handling being away from her family have emerged. While The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been very strong throughout the process, sources say that she spends her nights crying herself to sleep. According to Radar Online, Teresa is having a hard time knowing that she’s only two weeks in… and she has to endure these conditions for another year.

There was a contradicting report from the Stir in which her lawyer said that Teresa is doing really well. He says that he’s received emails from his client, and that she is “getting along fine.”

“She’s doing great. I got a series of emails from her and she is doing phenomenally. It seems like she is getting acclimated very well. She tells me that everybody is nice and everybody is treating her respectfully. She said both the staff and the inmates are being nice to her and that she is getting along fine,” said Teresa’s lawyer.

Teresa Giudice is more than likely experiencing a mix of emotions. It’s very possible that both of these reports are the truth, as no one expects Teresa to go every day without getting upset about missing her family. However, this is the price that she has to pay for breaking the law.

All in all, she doesn’t have it that bad. She gets mail, can send emails, make phone calls, and visit with her family. In fact, the reality star reportedly received an interesting piece of mail this week. Apparently PETA wants her to donate her fur coats… and if she does so, it would be a tax write off for her, this according to Reality Tea.

“A prison stint is no picnic, except when compared to the horror of a lifetime of confinement to a cold cage on a fur factory farm and the pain of being electrocuted or bludgeoned for your skin. By donating her fur coats to PETA, Teresa will be doing something good for the world—and the donation would be a legitimate tax write-off, too,” said PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk.

Teresa Giudice has already gotten a bit of good news while in prison. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, she will be getting out of jail earlier than expected, and she has learned her release date. On February 5, 2016, Giudice will be a free woman.
