Fergie And Josh Duhamel Ready For Baby No. 2: Couple Wants Baby In 2015
Fergie and Josh Duhamel just celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary last week, and the couple wants to make 2015 the year that they add a second child to the family. Fergie and Josh are parents to one son, Axl, already, but they want the little boy to have someone close to his own age to play with.
In a new Radar Online report, a source revealed that Josh Duhamel and Fergie are definitely ready for a new addition to the family.
“She and Josh are trying to conceive another child right now. Axl needs a partner in crime.”
Axl is currently 17 months old, and Fergie and Josh were proud parents from day one. They were not afraid to show off Axl on their social media accounts, and they continue to do to this day.
Fergie and Josh are not shy about showing off their love on social media either. Their sixth wedding anniversary was on January 9, and Fergie made sure to mark the day by sharing a photo of the couple taken on their wedding day. Fergie was all smiles in the photo as her new husband carried her in his arms. Josh did not make his own post to mark the day, but he did thank someone on his Twitter that wished the couple well.
Fergie also showed off the little man in her life recently. For the holidays, Fergie and her husband shared an adorable Christmas card featuring Axl on social media last month. In the photo, the little boy is wearing antlers.

When Fergie and Josh first got married, many around them wondered just how long the pair would last. Six years later, and they are still very much in love and happily married. One source did reveal the reservations they had about the couple early on.
“People are surprised that they have lasted this long, but they are not. They are best friends before anything else. They are so low-key because they love what they do, but don’t like the life that comes with it. They prefer to be home with each other rather than out there because of the lack of privacy. She says she will be with him forever.”
Josh and Fergie do have rules that they try to follow to keep their relationship going strong. On the red carpet at an event last year, Josh revealed to E! Online their biggest rule. The couple does not go two weeks without finding a way to spend time together as a family. Fergie will go with him to his shooting locations when she can.
As for Fergie, she was not able to avoid gushing about Axl on the red carpet at the 2014 American Music Awards. She spoke with E! Online about her little man.
“He’s starting to say words. His favorite song right now is Row, Row, Row Your Boat.”
Could the family have another singer on their hands? It is clear that Fergie and Josh have only become happier since the addition of Axl into their lives. The pair sounds like they have more than enough love to share with a second child.
Josh is returning to television in 2015 with a new CBS series. Battle Creek will appear on the network on March 1. Duhamel does have a lot on his plate right now, but that is not stopping the couple from adding another child to the family.
