Bill Cosby Accuser Chloe Goins Meets With LAPD To Seek Criminal Charges
Model Chloe Goins reportedly seeks to file criminal charges against Bill Cosby today with the LAPD. Goins alleges the comedian drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
TMZ reports Goins, now 24, and her attorney, Spencer Kuvin, headed to meet with the LAPD this morning to seek criminal charges against Cosby for the alleged sexual assault that occurred in 2008 when the model was 18 years old.
ABC7 in Los Angeles took to Twitter to confirm the report with a photo of Goins and her attorney heading into LAPD headquarters.

In an interview with the Daily Mail last month, Chloe Goins alleged that during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, when she first met Cosby, the comedian spiked her drink with a sedative. When she later felt ill, Cosby lead her to one of the mansion bedrooms offered up by Hugh Hefner. It is the last thing she claims to remember until the next morning.
“I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that’s what woke me up. I kind of thank God for that because that’s what woke me up and I came to. I was shocked, I said, ‘Hey, what’s going on,’ he didn’t really say anything, didn’t explain anything or give a reason. He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself.”
According to TMZ, the statute of limitations on any sexual assault case in California is six years, except for rape. Whether Goins’ case is within the statute of limitations is unknown, as it is still unclear if Goins is claiming Cosby raped her.
If LAPD takes Goins’ complaint, it is the first time Bill Cosby will face any type of criminal charges in the sexual assault allegations recently lodged against him. More than 20 women have come forward over the past several months to accuse Cosby of some type of sexual misconduct; however, the alleged incidents happened beyond the statute of limitations to file any criminal charges. Two accusers, however, have filed civil suits against Cosby. Although the LAPD started a criminal investigation of Cosby last month after Judy Huth came forward alleging the comedian sexually assaulted her when she was a minor, the investigation was quickly dropped.
