Scheana Marie Talks Regrets: ‘I Was Oblivious’
Scheana Marie may have been planning her wedding to her long-time boyfriend Mike Shay while filming the third season of Vanderpump Rules, but she would have to deal with many of her co-stars’ drama while doing so. It is clear that Scheana doesn’t want to kick someone when they are down, so she decided to invite everyone on the trip to Miami to celebrate her bachelorette party.
But it sounds like Scheana Marie is now realizing that this may not have been the best idea. She didn’t realize at the time that Kristen Doute was causing so much trouble for people on the trip because she desperately wanted Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval to get in a fight and hurt. Now, Marie is revealing that she should have let Kristen stay at home.
According to a new Bravo report, Scheana Marie is shocked to learn that Kristen was so determined to make Ariana hurt, given Madix and Scheana are best friends. It was as if Doute had no respect for the bride to be.
“The one thing that almost ruined everyone’s trip was Kristen, and I see that now watching it back. It was really hard for me to watch my best friend cry and to know I had no idea what was going on inside of her,” Scheana Marie points out after watching the episodes back.
“I was oblivious to all of the negative passive aggressive comments. I probably shouldn’t have let Kristen come. I know that and everyone continues to remind me of it, however at the time Kristen and I were still close. Despite what she did at my birthday party, I forgave her. I thought this could be a trip where she could prove to me I could be friends with her as well as Ariana and all learn to co exist like mature adults. Guess I was wrong again,” Marie adds.
But Scheana Marie may be more mature than the others filming Vanderpump Rules. She has already distanced herself from Stassi Schroeder, according to the Inquisitr. Stassi isn’t the person she used to know, so Scheana has distanced herself and ended her friendship with the former SUR worker.
Instead, Marie has been focusing on her marriage to Mike Shay. She recently revealed that she isn’t planning on having children anytime soon, even though she is now a married woman.
