Christina Aguilera Celebrates 34th Birthday! Details Plus Her Low-Carb Diet And Yoga Tips! [Video]

Happy birthday, Christina Aguilera! The curvy singer can afford to go anywhere in the world to celebrate. But when she turned 34, Xtina decided to visit the happiest place on earth, making her December 18 birthday announcement via Twitter complete with a photo.

Mom of two, Christina enjoyed a party with her fiancé Matthew Rutler and friends, revealed E! News. The two closed down the park, with The Voice coach using those coaching talents to persuade her buddies to stay for seven hours at Disneyland.

“Christina looked like she was having a good time, happy to be around her friends,” noted a source.

However, to protect herself and friends, Xtina did her best to be ignored.

“She did not acknowledge anyone asking her for a photo. She continued to walk right past them.”

To make it safer and more secure, Aguilera was escorted by employees. She paid extra so that her birthday buddies did not have to wait in line.

As shown below, it’s not Christina’s first visit to Disneyland. She’s also participated in events, even celebrating holidays with the happiest place on earth.

For Christina’s birthday dinner, she chose the Carthay Circle restaurant at Disney’s California Adventure Park. Temporarily abandoning her diet, she even ate a churro, blasting off calories by yelling her way through the scariest of rides, according to a source.

“While at Disneyland she rode California Screamin, Tower of Terror, Ariel’s Under the Sea Adventure, Toy Story Mania, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain and Astro Orbitors.”

It’s not a visit to Disneyland without souvenirs, and Matthew came through for his birthday wife-to-be.

“Matthew was very attentive, he was buying her souvenirs,” he said.

Included in her Disneyland memories are Minnie Mouse ears and toys.

Since giving birth to her second child, Christina has sung at the Breakthrough Prize Awards, as seen below.

How did she restore her pre-baby body so quickly? Hello, yoga, a source told E News.

“Christina was very healthy throughout her pregnancy and is continuing it now after the baby. She is very dedicated to yoga. So much that she has never stopped practicing it. She did yoga the entire time she was pregnant. And Christina has already been working hard on getting her bod back in shape! She is doing private yoga sessions and loves how it makes her feel.”

Xtina isn’t the only celebrity yoga fan. Britney Spears also loves yoga, using it to center her mind and lengthen her body, as the Inquisitr reported. Spears prepped for her Las Vegas shows with lengthy sessions.

“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week, in addition to a lot of cardio–hour long sessions three times a week, with my trainer, Tony Martinez,” said Spears.

As for Christina’s diet? Think low-carb diets, reported the StyleList.

She eats protein, healthy fats, and lots of vegetables, with limited fruit. For example, breakfast combines avocado for a fat serving, turkey bacon for protein, and blueberries. Snacks consist of almond butter spread on celery or shrimp.

For dinner, Christina often enjoys chicken or fish with vegetables. And when she splurges, Xtina allows herself a glass of wine.
