Kandi Burruss On Cynthia: ‘When She Feels Disrespected She Goes Overboard’

Kandi Burruss has been on the show for a couple of seasons now, and she has learned everything about her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars. When she sees people arguing on the show, Kandi understands their point of view. And this week, when she saw Cynthia Bailey’s conversation with Porsha Williams, Burruss felt that Cynthia was completely misunderstood.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has been friends with Cynthia for quite some time as they have talked about their issues in their relationships. Kandi opened up to Bailey about her issues with her mother’s dislike for Todd, and Cynthia did the same when she was going through issues with Peter Thomas and her mother trying to stop the wedding a few seasons back.

According to a new Real Mr. Housewife report, Kandi Burruss reveals that she knows her friend quite well, and she feels that no matter what Bailey does, she is misunderstood. This is because she has been friends with NeNe Leakes for so long that now she is coming out of her shell.

“Cynthia is a sweet person, but I think people have called her a follower and have taken her kindness for weakness for so long that she just wants to let everybody know that she’s not weak. Therefore every time she feels the slightest bit of disrespect, she goes overboard trying to put that person in check. Now she comes off as this mean girl. It’s like she can’t win for losing — if she’s too nice, she’s weak, and if she’s too aggressive, she’s a b*tch,” Kandi Burruss reveals about her friend Cynthia.

But this isn’t the only friendship that has been influenced on this season of the show. Kandi has revealed that her friendship with Phaedra Parks has changed slightly. According to the Inquisitr, Burruss has revealed that it can be hard to be friends at the moment, given how much Parks has to deal with these days. Her husband was sentenced to eight years behind bars, and she is now dealing with a divorce.

And Kenya Moore was another housewife who experienced quite a surprise this season. Apollo Nida came forward, saying that he had lied about his relationship with Moore while working in Los Angeles. Kandi Burruss has revealed that she feels horrible for Kenya as she is now trying to rebuild her reputation.

It sounds like many of the women are rebuilding their images, while Burruss stands back to watch the transformations.
