Jessa Duggar Pregnant Already? Baby News Would Make A Great Distraction Right About Now
Jessa Duggar’s womb is just what the Duggars need to take the media’s attention away from their homosexuality-hating controversy.
The 19 Kids and Counting family is getting tons of negative attention because more people have become aware of their anti-gay marriage stance. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Michelle Duggar’s hateful comments about transgender people led to the creation of a petition asking TLC to take her family’s show off the air.
Now would be an excellent time for Jessa Duggar to get pregnant — if she had baby news to share with the world, at least some of the headlines about 19 Kids and Counting wouldn’t be negative.
Luckily for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, the Daily Mail is reporting that the pregnancy rumors are already popping up. Just last week, the Inquisitr was reporting on Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald’s honeymoon in Paris, and now In Touch Weekly is claiming that Jessa might be pregnant already. An insider explained why it’s possible that the 19 Kids and Counting star got knocked up so soon after getting hitched.
“They look at sex as a ‘present’ from God and they couldn’t wait to ‘open it’ on their wedding day. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jessa were pregnant already.”
Basically there’s a just a possibility that Jessa Duggar is already pregnant — the newlywed hasn’t actually said anything about being with child.
19 Kids and Counting fans wouldn’t be shocked to find out that Jessa is already pregnant. According to Us Weekly, her sister Jill Duggar made her pregnancy announcement just 60 days after her wedding. Even if Jessa and Ben Seewald already know that they’re about to be parents, they might want to wait a bit longer to share their baby news — Jill’s early announcement caused a bit of controversy after some critics speculated that she and Derick Dillard broke their courtship rules by having sex before their wedding day.
Jill denied these allegations. However, while dishing out advice to engaged virgins, Jill hinted that she and Derick struggled with waiting until their wedding night.
“You may not wanna push the wedding date out too far, as those natural God-given desires with too much time between engagement and marriage can make it harder to remain pure.”
Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald also vowed to remain chaste before their wedding day, and Jessa might get pregnant pretty quickly if the couple tries to make up for lost time.
However, Jessa definitely isn’t trying to live her life exactly like her fellow female family members. Unlike Jill, she opted against sharing her first kiss with her wedding guests, and the TLC cameras. And unlike Michelle Duggar, she might see adoption as an option for expanding her family. Michelle claims that she isn’t opposed to adoption, but so far her huge brood doesn’t include any kids who don’t share her DNA. Judging from something Ben Seewald said, there’s actually a small chance that he and Jessa Duggar might adopt their first child.
“We’ve got a lot of different ideas about what we’re going to do, but adopting is definitely one of them.”
