Jay Cutler Engaged to Kristin Cavallari… Again? Maybe

Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari are engaged… again… maybe. Life & Style reported today that Cutler had popped the question to his on-again off-again girlfriend and that Cavallari was “over the moon” about the engagement.

Cutler and Cavallari were broke off their previous engagement in July. But E! spotted the two getting cozy last month and according to Life & Style the wedding is back on.

A source told Life & Style:

“Kristin is over the moon with happiness. She’s already told her friends that the engagement is back on. They haven’t set a new date yet.”

And then Jay Cutler broke his thumb… And the wedding was off. Ok, so that might not be the reason, but Cavallari still says that the wedding rumors aren’t true.

Cavallari tweeted:

“New week new rumor. I’m not engaged u guys.”

E! reports that the 24-year-0ld Hills star and the 28-year-old Chicago Bears’ quarterback got engaged last month after just 10 months as a couple. Cutler abruptly called off the wedding in July, but not before Cavallari made her wedding registry public, purchased a wedding grown, and posed for a bridal spread.

Well, at least she has the dress if the two ever do decide to get married.

If marriage is on the calendar for Cavallari and Cutler, the Bears QB just got some unfortunate time off. Cutler broke his thumb during the Bears game on Sunday. After leading the Bears to five straight wins, Cutler will have to sit on the bench for “a lengthy period of time.”
