Women Lights House On Fire After Being Unfriended On Facebook

Jim and Nikki Rasmussen didn’t want to be friends with Jennifer Christine Harris, 30, any longer so they unfriended her in a move they likely regret at this time.

After learning that she was no longer friends with the couple Harris went to their house and allegedly set fire to their garage, forcing the couple to leave their home in the middle of the night.

Jennifer was promptly arrested and is currently being held on a $100,000 bond in Des Moines, Iowa.

While the house was saved from complete demolition the garage roof collapsed and siding on the home was melted.

Speaking to ABC News neighbor Dominic Formaro said:

“It was ablaze at 1 a.m. It was just totally engulfed.”

Jim Rasmussen told the Des Moines Police Department that the alleged arsonist had a fight with Nikki on Facebook:

“The two are no longer friends due to a dispute over Facebook,” and “According to Nikki, Jen is angry with her because she ended their friendship on Facebook.”

Apparently the dispute occurred after Nikki created a Facebook party event notification at the request of Jen and after most people declined the invite Jen began arguing with Nikki.

At this time Jennifer Harris has been charged with fire degree arson after the couple immediately pointed a finger her way.

So there you have it Facebook is horrible for your health, in fact it could kill you but only if you friend and then unfriend a crazy person.

Have you ran into any crazy Facebook disputes of your own?
