Khloe Kardashian Divorce: Lamar Odom Reportedly AWOL, Refuses To Sign Legal Papers

It may have been a nearly a year since the news broke that, despite their best intentions, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom announced their imminent divorce, but for the time being it has remained an informal split and nothing has been officially finalized.

The latest reports about the situation between the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and Odom, suggest that the latter has gone missing completely recently, and is making it hard for Khloe to move on as he hasn’t yet filed his response to her initial divorce filing last year.

People magazine reported that the former Los Angeles Lakers star has reportedly not been seen or heard from in weeks, by anyone, leading to allegations that he has gone totally AWOL, or at the very least, is under the radar for now.

A source told the publication about the Khloe Kardashian divorce, “He needs to sign papers and he won’t. He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on.”

While Khloe does have the option to file a Request to Enter a Default, meaning she’ll be able to get divorced without Lamar Odom needing to be present, she could also opt to file a Request for Dismissal, but that would mean canceling her original divorce filing completely.

Khloe and Lamar wed back in 2009, after having dated for just one month, not enough time to really get to know each other, for better or for worse, as their current divorce issues prove. She filed for divorce after four years of marriage to Lamar, citing heated arguments, cheating allegations, and drug abuse.

Khloe even spoke up about the wedding ring that Lamar continued to wear despite their split, “F**k your ring, you were wearing it when you were fu*king someone too,” she said, adding, “Let me tell you something — last year on my birthday, I lied to everyone, because I had to lie and say I was with my husband, when in fact my husband was missing with another girl, OK?”
