Judge Under Investigation After Daughter Posted Beating On YouTube [Video]
Texas judge William Adams is under hot water and part of a police investigation after his daughter posted a video of a severe beating he gave her in 2004.
In the seven minute clip HIllary Adams is spanked hard and repeatedly with her fathers belt.
Speaking about her decision to finally release the video she told KRIS TV:
”My father’s harassment was getting really bad, so I decided to finally publish the video that I had been sitting on for seven years,”
In response to her statement her father who is an Aransas County Court Judge said:
“It happened years ago. … I apologized.” while adding, “It’s not as bad as it looks on tape.”
Her father was beating her for allegedly downloading music off the internet and in the text accompanying the video she wrote:
”She has had ataxic cerebral palsy from birth that led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father’s backwards views.”
The video has received more than 600,000 views on various YouTube channels after it was posted on Reddit, a social bookmarking community with a long history for provided a “protective” aspect against social wrongs.

To Hillary Adams…. I am sorry! I hope this is something you are able to get past. For anyone to think that saying I'm sorry is going to heal these wounds is incredible…. and for a mother to not only condone but to support such actions by a father is unimaginable. If you suspect neglect or abuse of a child, do the right thing, report it. If you're neglecting or abusing your child, please stop. Ask someone for help, you'll be glad you did. If you're a neglected or abused child, tell your teacher, your clergy or law enforcement in your area. No one deserves such treatment!

Isn't this awful? I read a few articles about it earlier, and ended up looking the video up on YouTube. HORRIBLE. I couldn't even watch it.
I bet he feels like a real asshole at this point. I know the daughter is saying she doesn't want him punished, she only wants him to seek help… But most everyone else in the world wants to see him punished, I think.

This man puts people in jail for probably the same type of thing that he is doing and what type of mother would do this to her child that she carried for 9 months! Both of them should get some kind of sentence! The man shouldn't be allowed to be a judge as he can't even clear his mind to judge a situation in his own family!

We often hear from those who fight to uphold this practice for those under the age of 18 (even to the blaming of the social maladies of the day on a supposed "lack" of it), but we rarely, if ever, find advocates for the return of corporal punishment to the general adult community, college campuses, inmate population, or military. Why is that?
Ask ten unyielding proponents of child/adolescent/teenage-only "spanking" about the "right" way to do it, and what would be abusive, indecent, or obscene, and you will get ten different answers.
These proponents should consider making their own video-recording of the "right way" to do it.

That father need to be in jail for what he did to that little girl. Really is it that bad to get pissed off over a fucking computer. He need to have better sence than that. How would he like it if someone beat him like that. I think he needs the same treatment that girl got. My heart goes out to her. No parent or any person for that matter should ever have the right to abuse a child.
