Justin Bieber Slapped With Paternity Suit The Same Day He Releases Christmas Album
Justin Bieber, 17, has been slapped with a paternity lawsuit by a 20-year-old California woman who says she has fathered a baby boy courtesy of the teen heartthrob.
Mariah Yeater told Star magazine that she and Bieber had sex backstage at a concert when she was 19-years-old.
In court papers Yeater has requested that Bieber submit to a paternity test and she says if found to be the father of her child she wants Bieber to “provide adequate support for my baby.” The court hearing is scheduled for later this year.
Bieber’s reps say the allegation is 100% false.
In happier Bieber news the pop singer dropped the Christmas album Under the Mistletoe on Tuesday and it quickly climbed up the iTunes charts after Bieber fans rushed to purchase the album which was met with decent reviews.
As reported earlier today the Bieber Christmas album features some of the most notable vocal performers of the last several decades including Boys II Men, Mariah Carey and Usher.
What do you think about the Justin Bieber paternity suit is it just another case of a fan trying to garner some publicity?

No most states have a legal age of consent (16), and the statutory rape only falls in the category if there is more then 3 year difference, so precious Beiber is not completely safe.

I found this, and I think it would apply to this case: "The California legal Age of Consent for sexual contact is 18 years old. 11 states have set their age of consent at 18 years old, the highest legal age of consent in any state.
The age of consent in California is 18, with a misdemeanor if the minor has 3 or fewer years of difference with the major, and potentially a felony if the major is more than 3 years older. The close-in-age rule in California (3 years) do not provide an exception nor provide any defense; it merely lowers the crime to a misdemeanor."
This is in Calif. Penal Code 261.5.

If the allegations are true then Bieber's lawyer should go to the DA's office and have this stupid woman charged with statutory rape of a minor. Then take the child away from the sex offender. She is not right in the head for having sex the young Bieber. It wasn't like she didn't know how old he was when she sought him out. Or is the law blind when it comes to charging women who are the predators?

I am so sick of everybody making Justin Beiber out to be some innocent victim who was "raped".
