WWE: Vince McMahon’s Reign Is Over, Only Triple H’s ‘Toys’ Matter, Claims Ricardo Rodriguez [Video]

Triple H may say that Vince McMahon is still in control of the WWE, but Alberto del Rio’s former personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, claims that only way to succeed in the WWE now is to be one of Triple H’s “toys.”

In a related report by The Inquisitr, Rodriguez also claims that Triple H is racist towards Hispanics. Alberto Del Rio now wrestles as Roberto El Patron and he’s been claiming the truth about racism in the WWE will become known.

When Ricardo Rodriguez decided to leave the WWE, he claims it was because the company had started to make him hate professional wrestling.

“WWE, in a weird way, made me hate wrestling. So I got very bitter, and I realized I had to stop this, and I realized it was the company. So I woke up and said I am not coming in. I called the office and told them I am not coming in – I want a release.”

Recently, Rodriguez sat down with RF Radio for a full-length interview where he discussed what it is currently like to work underneath Vince McMahon and Triple H.

“You walk on eggshells,” claims Rodriguez. “Everybody’s tired, the schedule that they have them on… don’t get me wrong — they’re building machines right now, and that’s amazing ’cause the athleticism these guys have right now is insane. The cardio, the wind they have, the stamina is insane — but nobody’s having fun. Everybody’s so tired, everybody’s getting hurt… everybody’s getting hurt.”

According to Rodriguez, Triple H has been increasingly take more power in the WWE, which has had repercussions for everyone else in the WWE.

“If you’re not one of his little projects or his little toys… you don’t matter. I saw the transition between Vince’s regime and then Hunter’s regime… If you’re not one of his little toys, you don’t really matter.”

Years ago, Rodriguez says it was possible to complain about issues like money and get a response. Vince McMahon is portrayed as a straight shooter who encouraged wrestlers to speak up for themselves. But, under Triple, if a wrestler speaks up the complaining leads to them being kicked out of house shows.

The former WWE man also claims Triple H is pushing older wrestlers like Sheamus, Wade Barrett, and Alberto del Rio to the curb. Instead, they are being replaced by Triple H guys like Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. Rodriguez also criticizes management for constantly having Bray Wyatt and his family on practically every Monday Night RAW, never mind former members of The Shield, and believes the other wrestlers on the roster need to be used more often.

Now, the idea that Triple H is really in control — and not Vince McMahon — is an idea that Paul Levesque himself has said is not true. But when Kurt Angle began negotiating his return to the WWE, he concurs with Rodriguez’s story, claiming that HHD is in control.

“What I found out is that Triple H is pretty much running the show now,” Angle said.” I didn’t know that, I really believed that Vince would always run the show until the day he died, but now they’re in a position as a publicly traded company where you’re not only answering to Vince and Triple H, you’re also answering to the shareholders.”
