Zayn Malik Courted By Bollywood Producers

Is Zayn Malik headed to Bollywood? According to reports, the One Direction singer could possibly appear in an upcoming motion picture.

Since the One Direction star is impossibly good-looking and famous all over the globe, it’s not altogether surprising that someone would want Malik to bring his talents to the big screen. If the reports swirling around the internet are true then the singer could find himself taking part in a major Bollywood production in the very near future.

According to Unreality TV, producers of an undisclosed film are currently in the process of courting Zayn Malik. However, it’s unclear what kind of role the heartthrob would play in the flick. What’s more, it’s unclear if Malik has any desire to bring his talents to Bollywood. That’s assuming, of course, that there’s any truth to this rumor.

“Mumbai based producers are apparently very keen to tap into his fame and his young, global fan base and would offer Malik up to £500,000 for just one song.”

The folks over at the Mirror managed to find someone with inside knowledge about the Zayn Malik Bollywood situation. According to this well-connected source, producers would love nothing more than to have the singer appear in an upcoming movie.

“One very big production company is putting together an offer for him to act as well as sing. He has turned down one song so far but if the right one comes along it could be great for him.”

Producer Ashwin Varde seems very intent on getting Zayn to sign on.

“One Direction has a huge following among the youth, especially in major cities. Zayn Malik is very well-known in that circle and holds tremendous promise if given the right break in a Bollywood film. Bollywood has always welcomed actors from the UK, like Katrina Kaif and Amy Jackson. Zayn appeals to an even younger audience, which is the driving force of Bollywood movies today.”

While the world is waiting to see what happens with Malik and Bollywood, One Direction fans are preparing for the “Steal Your Girl” music video. Unless something goes haywire between now and then, the clip should arrive on October 24. To keep you satisfied until then, have a look at Malik hanging out with sumo wrestlers.
