Halle Berry Called ‘A Ghetto N***er’ by Ex Gabriel Aubry

Halle Berry’s court fight with Gabriel Aubry over custody of her daughter Nahla just got even nastier.

A witness in the case has described a confrontation between the couple, in which Aubry called the actress a “ghetto n***er” before smashing a chair against a wall and leaving Berry “shaken and sobbing.”

The row erupted after Berry arrived home from a trip and found Aubry at her house. She threatened to ring police unless he left the premises, and things escalated from there.

Furthermore, the witness stated such incidents were not out of the ordinary. According to a colleague of Berry who spoke to Star, the Canadian model “hated that Nahla was mixed race, he never wanted her hair to be braided, and he always said that Nahla was white.”

The source added that, “Friends tried to get him to understand that being mixed race was part of her and Halle’s heritage, but he wouldn’t hear it…”

Meanwhile, TMZ has sources stating Aubry is unhappy about a recent ruling which means a nanny must be present during all meetings with his daughter. According to friends of Aubry, he feels it is ruining his relationship with Nahla.

Either way, the racial slur accusations are the gravest thing to emerge from this unpleasant conflict.

Aubry is currently looking after Nahla while Berry shoots Cloud Atlas over in Majorca. The court battle over the three-year-old Nahla has now been going on since spring 2010, around the time the couple split. The case continues.
