Kate Middleton Reportedly Set To Resume Royal Duties, But Is She Ready?
Kate Middleton’s second pregnancy has been a big topic of discussion over the past couple weeks. Her severe morning sickness and thin figure raised eyebrows and concern from several media outlets.
Middleton has also cancelled a number of public engagements due to her illness. Her last official engagement took place back in August at the Tower of London with her husband William and Prince Harry.
About three weeks ago, she was reportedly planning to join William for an engagement in Oxford. Unfortunately, due to illness, she could not attend, which led to the early announcement of her second pregnancy. Last weekend, she was scheduled to attend a tour of Malta on behalf of the Queen, but ended up cancelling due to acute morning sickness, and Prince William attended in her place. However, she reportedly isn’t letting bouts with morning sickness slow her down anymore.
According to Radar Online, she could be returning to her royal duties very soon. Royal aides have reportedly informed Mail Online that Middleton, 32, will also resume with public engagements some time in October.
“There will be engagements in October and November. We just haven’t announced them yet,” royal aides revealed.
Another source also revealed to Mail Online that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also making preparations to move into their new home rather soon, reports Entertainment Wise.
“While they will be predominantly living in Norfolk, the intention is for Kate to hop between London and Norfolk while looking after Prince George,” the source revealed.
Although she may be set to return, the question is will she be ready? A recent report suggested that Middleton is suffering from more than just morning sickness. As a matter of fact, she is rumored to have hyperemesis gravidarum, which tends to be a lot worse than just a typical case of morning sickness. According to Express UK, the relatively rare condition, which normally lasts up to 15 weeks, can be completely debilitating at times.
Hopefully, she’s finally getting over her case of morning sickness, but only time will tell whether she’s really ready to resume her duties!
