Ellen DeGeneres Talks Babies With Kim Kardashian [Video]
On a recent episode of the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim Kardashian accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. However, Ellen and Kim’s talk about babies was the show’s most memorable moment.
No, don’t get the news twisted; Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi are not pregnant with little rug rats of their own. And neither is Kim, but as Ellen is quite adept at doing, she prodded her guest until she got the deets she was looking for: the number of babies Kardashian wanted with Kanye West, citing an OK! Magazine post.
The couch chatter began with — you guessed it — Kim’s choice in fashion, namely her cleavage-bearing ensembles as of late. Ellen was quick to point out Kim Kardashian’s rise in becoming a risque fashionista. And instead of whitewashing her penchant for boasting boobs and curves, Kim celebrated the observation.
“I wanna dress age-appropriate, but while I’m still young-ish, you know, I’m 33 and not getting younger,” she said before Ellen DeGeneres quipped that “there’s no ‘ish’ on 33.”
“My boobs are not getting younger, there’s gravity you’re fighting against, you know, why not,” Kim added before Ellen stopped her in her tracks and cut to the chase like a lawyer during a heated deposition.”
“How many kids do you wanna have?” asked Ellen.
Kim danced around the question by sharing a story about her recent trip over to Kourtney Kardashian’s home. There, she helped babysit three children: North West and Kim’s niece and nephew.
“I just went to San Diego to give my pregnant sister (Kourtney) a break. I took care of my niece, nephew and my daughter. To bathe them — all three — feed them, get them in their pajamas and down for bed, I was literally crying. It was so hard, three kids. I don’t know how my mom did it with six.
“I’ll go for two. But then again I have so many siblings and I love it, they’re my best friends and I would love that for my kids. So I’m going to do two and see how it goes. I don’t think six, but maybe three or four — I go back and forth.”
After Ellen DeGeneres got what she needed, her attention turned to a challenge posed to Kim. Moments later, while taking a selfie, as agreed, Kim was doused with a buck of ice and water. And from this YouTube video, Kardashian doesn’t like cold water, especially when it messes with her do.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show never fails to entertain, and not many people could get a twofer like the show’s host: getting KK to admit to the number of kids she wants — or is willing to have — and watching someone squirm at the sensation of freezing water.
