Kate Gosselin Is Reportedly Keeping The Kids From Jon Gosselin
Kate Gosselin is allegedly keeping her eight children from seeing their father, Jon Gosselin.
According to WebProNews, Kate is ignoring the court-ordered visitation rights that her ex-husband Jon has retained and will not allow him to see his children.
Apparently, this is nothing new. Ms. Gosselin has been accused of meddling with Jon’s rights to see his children in the past by making it almost impossible for him to gain access to them. Former nannies and other sources claim that Kate has a long list of inappropriate rules for Jon to follow when he gets the children, spends time with them, and brings them back home to Kate’s house.
The Inquistr recently reported that Kate went against Jon’s wishes to have their eight children put back in the spotlight through new television shows.
So why does Jon put up with all of this nonsense?
According to Life & Style, a source came forward and said that Jon does not have the money to take Kate to court, so he has to deal with Kate’s demanding rules and her interference in the custody arrangements.
The source said, “[Jon] would love to take her to court and get total custody of his kids. He doesn’t want them on TV and doesn[t want Kate’s influence on them. He’ll do whatever it takes.”
Radar Online reported that a source close to the family said that Jon gave up his rights to talk about whether their eight children should be on TV in order to stop paying child support. However, that detail seems to be debatable. Allegedly, Jon works minimum wage jobs to help pay for his large child support payments to Kate, according to WebProNews.
The source for Life & Style claimed that the children miss Jon and was adamant that they do not have a regular childhood like other kids.
“Jon feels bad for them. It’s not a normal childhood. They love spending time with Jon and wish they could see him more.”
Kate Gosselin is not afraid to flaunt her control over the children and Jon for one reason, according to the source.
“Kate knows Jon doesn’t have the finances to fight it, so she just does whatever she wants,” the source revealed.
A family law expert, Goldie Schon, told Life & Style, “If Kate is keeping the children away from their father, she leaves herself open to upsetting the court and they could change custody.”
If the allegations are true, it appears that Kate Gosselin remains in full control of her children’s lives without worrying about Jon Gosselin’s opinions or his rights.
