Kate Middleton Pregnant: Kensington Palace Dismsses Rumors

Rumors that Kate Middleton was pregnant with her second child have been floating around the internet and tabloids ever since she and Prince William visited Australia and New Zealand in April. Now, Kensington Palace have dismissed them altogether, going after the original source.

On Monday, reporter Jessica Hay of Globe magazine claimed that William and Kate are in the middle of getting over the loss of their second baby, due to a miscarriage suffered by the Duchess. However, the Palace quickly rejected such an insinuation and stated the claims are simply not true.

The Palace assured that Hay and Kate Middleton had not met, nor spoken for years, and denied the report that the Duchess of Cambridge has been pregnant at any time. Hay had claimed her sources were “Palace insiders.”

During the royal visit Down Under, after rumors of the pregnancy began swirling around and prying eyes were looking for that baby bump, Kate herself debunked all the talk when she drank wine while on a visit she and William paid to a vineyard. Yet another reason not to believe all the talk about Kate Middleton’s pregnancy was the fact that one of the last excursions the royal couple took was a rough water rafting trip.

Considering that when Kate Middleton was pregnant with Prince George that she was so sick that ended up in the hospital, it was highly unlikely that she would feel well enough to get on a raft. So far, from what we can see with the naked eye, Kate Middleton doesn’t appear to be pregnant.

The slender royal has been spotted wearing tight fitting dresses at the ceremonies commemorating the centennial of Britain’s involvement in World War I. Kate Middleton seemed to get emotional and was seen wiping away a tear, as she walked through a poppy memorial at the Blood Swept Lands And Seas Of Red in the Tower of London, on Tuesday.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have decided to take the month of August off and go to Scotland, perhaps to try to get pregnant again? Who knows, but the royal couple and one-year-old, Prince George, will spend some quality time with William’s father, Prince Charles, and his wife, Camilla. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also reportedly visiting with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
