Jennifer Aniston, Still Our Favorite Friend
Don’t tell Jennifer Aniston she’s yesterday’s news. Nearly a decade after her smash hit show Friends left the airwaves, Jennifer Aniston proved she’s still A-list, at least in gossip columns and celebrity news reports. The waves began with a report in Life & Style. According to the magazine, the long awaited nuptials between Jennifer Aniston and her fiancee, Justin Theroux, may have already happened at the end of July, and it wasn’t to the either stars’ liking. According to The Inquisitr, hours before the two were meant to say “I do,” a fight broke out. The disagreement allegedly ended with Theroux jilting his long time love at the alter.
The officially still pending marriage will be the second for Aniston, who was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, when he divorced his then wife and developed a relationship with Angelina Jolie. Reportedly, Aniston is still carrying a torch for her ex, and the still lingering feelings are what’s stalling the Aniston-Theroux union.
So are Aniston and Theroux on the rocks? Not according to celebrity blog Gossip Cop. Reportedly the rumor stems from an earlier article in which Life & Style reported that Aniston had set a date for her wedding, at the end of July. Gossip Cop theorizes that when the wedding never materialized, the Life & Style ran the runaway groom story to save face and get the reader increase the accompanies a Jennifer Aniston cover picture.
The theory may sound convenient, but when you consider that the two have been spotted out recently, it makes sense. According to E! Online, Aniston was spotted at an exclusive Beverly Hills salon, this early last week for a salon themed test shoot. Sometime in the afternoon Aniston had a visitor, none other than supposedly estranged fiancee Justin Theroux. No photos of the two together have been released, but eyewitnesses reported that Theroux jumped into some of the photos with Aniston.
Speaking of hair, Aniston also made headlines for a new hairstyle. Ansiton’s hairstylist, Chris McMillian, posted a photo to instagram of the star in a fishtail side braid.
The easy, nostalgic style is perfect for summer, and style blogs are already telling women everywhere the secret to replicating it. The style is refreshing mix up for Aniston, who typically goes with straight hair and debuted a shorter, bobbed hair style in November. Aniston is no stranger to setting hair style trends. At the height of Friends popularity, any hair style Aniston chose was instantly copied by women worldwide.
