Aliens: Colonial Marines gets its first action-filled trailer

Gearbox has been working on Aliens: Colonial Marines for what feels like an eternity now, and yet we haven’t seen any actual gameplay outside of the tease of a trailer shown off at E3 two months back.

Fortunately, that’s all changed today with the release of an Aliens: Colonial Marines trailer that, as far as I’m concerned, more than makes up for lost time with an onslaught of action and plenty of xenomorphs.

We still don’t have a firm release date for Aliens: Colonial Marines, but last we heard, Sega and Gearbox are aiming for a release sometime around spring 2012. Hopefully it’s on the earlier end of spring.

Until then, this Aliens: Colonial Marines trailer will just have to do.
