83-Year-Old Photographer Finds Box Labeled “Mothers,” Rediscovers Stunning Photographs He Took 50 Years Ago [Photos]


83-year-old renowned photographer Ken Heyman stumbled across a box of photographs labeled “Mothers” that he had taken over 50 years ago, and the photos he found are absolutely stunning.

Capturing the beauty that is motherhood, Heyman snapped these photos for a book that he co-wrote with anthropologist Margaret Mead in 1965 called Family, which went on to be nominated for a Pulitzer Prize that same year according to the Huffington Post.
