Israel Andrade: Illegal Immigrant Deported 4 Times Returns, Accused Of Molesting 9-Year-Old Girl

Israel Andrade is an illegal immigrant who has been deported from the United States four times, but police say he returned a fifth time and broke into a home, molesting a 9-year-old girl who was sleeping inside.

Andrade was arrested in Parker County, Texas, this week after a woman made a desperate 911 call to police. The woman said that a stranger had broken into her home and sexually fondled her young daughter. The victim was sleeping on her family couch with her siblings with she was awakened by the man groping her in the girl’s private areas.

The girl says the man then told her to follow him to a back bedroom, but she instead ran screaming into her parents room, prompting the suspect to run away.

The girl’s parents tried to call police but found that the man had stolen their cell phones and computer. The mother then drove to a nearby convenience store, where she was able to contact police.

At the girl’s home, police were able to find footprints that led to a neighbor’s home, which they determined had also been burglarized. They found Israel Andrade at a relative’s house nearby, sleeping on one of the stolen purses.

Police made another disturbing discovery with Andrade — two pair of the young girl’s panties.

The case has generated nationwide headlines, and much of the anger is focused on the fact that Andrade should not have been anywhere near the home. Records from the Immigration and Naturalization Service found that he was an illegal immigrant who had already been deported four times in the last decade.

The case prompted Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler to criticize the federal government for failing to follow through on enforcing illegal immigration.

“Our border Sheriffs and the Texas Department of Public Safety are doing a phenomenal job with the current laws and available resources,” Fowler said. “Yet, our Federal Government needs to step forward and aid us in enforcing the laws on our southern border. This type of injustice cannot be allowed to pass by for a sixth time.”

He continued, “How long will we have to tolerate this type of injustice? It is time for American citizens to make a stand and begin petitioning for tighter security at our borders in order to protect our citizens.”

The disturbing allegations are the latest high-profile case of illegal immigration. Earlier this month, a train carrying more than more than 1,000 illegal immigrants derailed on the way to the Texas border. The Mexican adults and children had hoped to enter the country and surrender themselves to Border Patrol agents, Reuters reports.

Israel Andrade has been charged with burglary with intent to commit another felony, indecency with a child (sexual contact).
