There is a good chance that the outcome might have been different had LeBron not gone down with cramps. The Heat held a lead when he left, forcing the Spurs to commit 23 turnovers. But with LeBron on the bench, the team suddenly went flat, allowing the Spurs to hit a critical series of 3-pointers.

This week, James faced a number of critics for missing the stretch, but he brushed off the criticism and acknowledged that he’s an “easy target” for naysayers.
