Singer and television host Carnie Wilson is reportedly in danger of losing her Los Angeles home to foreclosure.

Wilson, who was part of the iconic girl group Wilson Phillips that sold over 10 million copies of their self-titled debut album worldwide, has apparently defaulted on her mortgage and owes over $1.6 million on the property in back payments, taxes, and penalties.

According to court documents obtained by E!online, Wilson’s five-bedroom, five-bath 4,400 square foot home will go to the highest bidder in a foreclosure auction if the 43-year-old mother of two doesn’t come up with the cash by July 21st.

Despite a recent cameo in the summer comedy Bridesmaids, it’s been a tough few months for Wilson, who, in addition to possibly losing her home, was also recently cut loose as the spokeswoman for a food delivery system called The Fresh Diet.

Best of luck with the house Carnie, hopefully “things will go your way.”

Another story about another Hollywood has-been, who actually never was in the first place. The only talent she had was being lucky enough to have a famous father who was one of the Beach Boys….fatso….

  2. Carnie is the nicest and the most down-to-earth celebrity I've ever met. A total Sweetheart with a gorgeous face. Good luck to her and her two kids.

I love Carnie! She seems to be a very genuine person! But what do these celebrities do with their money? She made tons with her sister and what has she done with it? She has been on several tv shows and a reality show that pay well I am sure, plus her husband is some kind of music guy! WHERE IS THE MONEY? I know she had spending issues! Here is a lesson, when you have the money, pay everything in cash and DON'T GET INTO DEBT! This is what is wrong with America today!

  4. I HOPE THINGS CAN WORK OUT FOR CARNIE.

    Ewynntex,
Did you post that dribble just to call Carnie a fatso. How much do you weigh? 400lbs? You and the other morons that post from Texas were better to have been raised by a barn full of farm animals. I bet if we sell Texas back to Mexico, we would take care of our budget issues and there would be no need for the Republican party. I like Carnie and hope her situation gets resolved.

Live within your means. Sell the house. Get a job. Pay your bills. Problem solved.
