Demi Lovato Shaves Side of Head
Demi Lovato recently showed off her brand new haircut…and she made it by shaving one side of her head. As mentioned in NY Daily News, the 21-year old singer/songwriter, who performed “Heart Attack”, traded in her blue tresses for neon pink. Prior to blue, she was blonde. However, this is the first time Demi has shaved a part of head off.
The new look was first introduced on her official Twitter, in the form of several tweet updates.

In the first tweet, a picture of a shaver and a clump of hair is shown. Actually, that is a rather large clump of hair. Demi states this is a mistake simply by writing “Oops”. It seems something went awry.

Soon after the first tweet, Demi tweets another picture. This time she is showing the results of the “oops” moment. She does seem to simply roll with the punches and takes it as is. She even writes “IDGAF” too, which is text type for “I Don’t Give A F**k”.

Eventually, she loves her new look. This is proved by the three selfies she took. The above tweet is dubbed her last selfie until…

This tweet is posted! She even admits being obsessed (spelled UHHHBESSED) with her new hair. Artistically, it suits her very well, especially since her tour is known as “Neon Lights” – which is doing very well. Actually, there is a lot going well for Lovato as of late. The Inquisitr recently reported that Demi tweeted herself in a bikini, just to show her fans she is doing fine. This is in regards to her stint in rehab for an eating disorder she had earlier in her career. Also, it looks like she is back again with on-again, off-again boyfriend, Wilmer Valdaramma.
Television-wise, Lovato returned for the March 15, 2014 episode of hit show, Glee. She plays a character named Danielle, the love interest for Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera). Promotion for this episode showed pictures of Danielle, Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer), and Elliot “Starchild” Gilbert (Adam Lambert) singing together. Lovato will be showing off her new hairdo again in East Rutherford, New Jersey on March 7th. It is the next stop on her Neon Lights tour.
