Pakistan arrests Mumbai terrorist attack suspects

Pakistan police have raided a camp run by a militant group believed to be behind the Mumbai Terrorist attacks and have arrested a number of suspects.
The camp raided was run by the Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Pakistani militant group that with a long history of terrorist attacks in Kashmir and believed to be the group that financed and backed the Deccan Mujahideen, the group that claimed responsibility for the attacks.
According to a report in the IHT, a senior Pakistani security official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that a man suspected of being the mastermind of the Mumbai attacks had been arrested. But the same official said later that even though about a dozen people had been arrested in the raid at the camp, the suspect, Zaki ur-Rehman Lakhvi, had not been arrested.
Either way, it’s good to see some action from Pakistan on the matter.

But it also could be just a cover, which I think is worth mentioning.
Pakistan and India have one of the longest standing, and fiercest, rivalries between any two countries, and despite what may appear to be going on right now, I highly doubt they're both friendly to each other all of a sudden.
I'm not pointing fingers at the Pakistani government in general for the attacks, but I don't think it's impossible for it to have originated *somewhere* within the Pakistani government, without the blessing/knowledge of most of the higher-ups.

I think India government (especially, Sonia govt.) does not have the political or international power to deal with this scenario. India is a soft nation and so can be easily pushed around. Look at the terror attacks one after the another. The latest example is The latest example is Mumbai…:(

We should respect the verdict of the people according to the democracy. We should not raise finger towards development, otherwise, there will be no existence of democracy. We have seen so many countries, where people do not respect democracy. If the spirit is lost, the structure of democracy will not be strong
