Brooke Mueller Refuses Mandatory Drug Test For Child Custody

Brooke Mueller has refused to take a required drug test for her Custody Battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Mueller, who has reportedly fallen off the wagon and was recently seen trying to pawn several expensive items at an Inglewood Pawn Shop, refused the test when the authorities giving the test showed up at her home.

Mueller was suppose to have a test at 6 PM PDT, however when officials showed up early her lawyer Ron Rale who was present at the home told her not to take the test.

Under conditions of her custody, refusal to take a random test is considered a failed round.

No word yet on how her refusal could affect the custody she currently has over her children.
