Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards are officially engaged.
Malik confirmed the news while conducting an interview for the new One Direction movie This Is Us .
When asked if the rumors were true, Malik said : “We’re really happy. Yeah, it’s cool.”
That may not sound too enthusiastic but Malik has definitely landed the girl of his dreams. The One Direction star already has Perrie’s face tattooed on his arm and recently said that their relationship was “stronger than ever.”
Malik said: “I’d fly 10 planes to go home and see her… It’s difficult to see your girlfriend 24/7. When you do get to see her, you really make the most of it. My mum used to say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, and it definitely does.”
