WWE: Seth Rollins And Dean Ambrose Will Make Wrestling Fun Again

There’s something about certain wrestlers that make them special. It takes that innate ability to “wow” the crowd, which can be described as rare. That isn’t a quote from a WWE philosopher, but rather just a wrestling fan that yearns for special. Men like Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, John Cena, and Triple H are special. Those are only five names on a long list of rare talents.

In professional wrestling, the wheel will continue to turn. For example, when guys like the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin retire, guys and girls will need to step up and fill their roles. That’s where Cena, Randy Orton and Batista came in. They weren’t the next Rock or Austin, but they did a fine job.

We’re getting into another era of WWE superstars. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan had their time and owned it, but now men like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Bray Wyatt are the next generation of WWE superstars that will make it fun again. Not to mention NXT greats like Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Adrian Neville, and Sami Zayn, but they still aren’t on the main roster yet.

Two men on the aforementioned list of superstars ready to overtake Cena and Orton for the company’s top dogs are dominating the WWE. Ambrose and Rollins have something special that a lot of men and women wish they had. Both men are that rare breed wrestling promoters wish they owned.

Because of these two men, things are beginning to stir on the main roster. John Cena, because of the success of NXT R Evolution, hosted a talent-only meeting to discuss the main roster’s alleged complacency. If anyone were to hold the meeting that could impact the future of Raw and Smackdown, it would be John Cena.

He is clearly concerned with the direction of the main roster. Due to guys like Ambrose and Rollins, NXT became a household name. Now, Neville, Owens, Zayn, Balor and Hideo Itami are making wrestling fun again. Like I noted above, they will have their time. Changes are already coming because of Rollins and Ambrose.

Rollins and Ambrose will catapult Raw back to the 5.0 ratings it used to garner back in the late-90s and early-2000s. Other than the NFL, nothing came close to the WWE in the ratings. Rock and Austin carried that company into the future.

It’s now time for the former-Shield members to make professional wrestling fun again. I want them to make it acceptable to like professional wrestling. The WWE used to be fun, until wrestlers became complacent and accepting of their role. Rollins and Ambrose are not accepting of their role and never will be. That’s one reason why, because of those two, the WWE will be fun again.
