What’s worse than having your wisdom teeth pulled? Apparently it’s waking up from that surgery only to realize that you’re still not rapper Nicki Minaj . That’s all according to one girl, whose devastation was captured on video for all to witness.
In the video, Jayci Underwood was filmed as she was coming to after she had her wisdom teeth pulled. Groggy and still in a drug-induced haze, Underwood woke up horrified that she wasn’t superstar Nicki Minaj. In the video, Underwood is seen visibly upset, and at some points near tears when she exclaims that she’s not happy with the outcome of the oral surgery.
“I’m really upset. I wanted to look like Nicki Minaj when I woke up. I just wanted to be her when I woke up.”
The male voice comments amusedly, “You’re still pretty though.”
According to Underwood, being pretty just isn’t enough because, in the end, she’s still white, and she doesn’t look like Nicki Minaj.
“I just wanted to have her butt and her face. I just wanted to be Nicki Minaj when I woke up. I thought I was going to look like Nicki Minaj when I woke up. I paid a lot of money! And I’m still white!”
“I would look better if I was Nicki Minaj,” insists Underwood.
It didn’t take long before Nicki Minaj caught wind of the hilarious video circling the internet, and shared her thoughts.

Nicki Minaj wasn’t the only celebrity to enter in the discussion. In the video the girl exclaims that she’s pretty upset about not being friends with Ellen DeGeneres.
“Ellen DeGeneres is generous. That’s literally her name. And I love her.”
Hopefully DeGeneres can get this girl on her talk show and see what she has to say about her post-surgery wishes.
