Will Arnett is dating celebrity chef Katie Lee, almost a year after his separation from Amy Poehler.
The former couple, who were married in 2003, separated in September 2012 . They have two sons together, Archie and Abel.
In June, Arnett told Details that he was just trying to figure out how to be happy after his marriage ended.
“I’d say there’s no guidebook – but there’s about a million guidebooks out there,” he said. “All people have been doing since the dawn of time is trying to figure out how to live this life and be happy. I’m no different.”
He also said that he wasn’t officially dating anyone.
“Yeah, I don’t know what you do,” he said. “Do you put out an announcement in the trades? I’m dating! It all seems very scary to me, to be honest. So I’m kind of keeping pretty close counsel right now.”
According to E! News, Lee is the first woman Arnett has been spotted with his since his separation from Poehler.
Will Arnett was previously married to Penelope Ann Miller in 1995, but the two divorced after a year. Katie Lee was previously married to Billy Joel for five years. The two announced their divorce in 2009.
Amy Poehler has also found a new romance. The Parks And Recreation star was reported to be dating Nick Kroll in May. Exactly when the relationship started is unclear, but the two have known each for a couple of years.
Kroll, who hosts Comedy Central’s Kroll Show, has had a recurring role on Parks And Rec since 2011. He plays radio shock jock The Douche, whose program regularly features “your mom” insults and fart jokes. In one episode, he goes on a date with Ann (Rashida Jones), which upsets Leslie (Poehler) because she is suppose to be preparing for a job interview. Ann and Leslie get into a huge argument, and The Douche says they’re probably lesbians on his radio show.
