Fans can watch the Bayern Munich vs. FC Porto match live online and see if the Bundesliga winners can overcome a 3-1 first-leg deficit and advance in the Champions League.

The teams will meet Tuesday in Munich at 8:45 p.m. local time (2:45 p.m. ET), with a trip to the UEFA Champions League semifinal on the line. Porto goes into the match with quite a lead after taking advantage of defensive mistakes by Bayern Munich in the first leg, which allowed Ricardo Quaresma to score twice in the first 10 minutes of the match.

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola said he’s trying to keep his players’ minds off the deficit and just focusing on coming out strong in the second leg.

“Obviously it’s a huge challenge, but you don’t want to waste time thinking about it,” he said at Monday’s press conference. “We simply need to play well and show courage, and then we can get the result we need.”

Guardiola also knows it would take a big effort to overcome the deficit.

He added. “But we’ll have to take risks. It’s not easy to turn around a 3-1 deficit in the Champions League.”

Fans who watch the Bayern Munich vs. FC Porto match live online won’t see a desperate Munich team, however. Forward Thomas Muller said the players know they can’t take dangerous risks against a Porto team very adept at capitalizing on mistakes.

“Everyone just piling forward would be suicide,” Muller said.

But Bayern Munich was able to turn around their fortunes a bit this weekend, defeating Hoffenheim 2-0, and will now have a raucous home crowd to their advantage.

“The huge benefit compared to the first leg is that we’re at home,” said captain Philipp Lahm. “We’ll have unconditional support from our fans. Everything’s possible if we can score an early goal. We know what we’re capable of, so I’m utterly convinced we’ll reach the semi-finals.”

While Munich will be making a big push to overcome the first-leg deficit, Porto is taking the same approach that staked them to the big lead.

“Of course we’ll have to make some changes, but the way we approach the game will remain the same,” said Porto boss Julen Lopetegui. “We are a team without any big surprises and quite predictable: when we have the ball we want to attack; when we don’t have the ball we want to get it back. I don’t waste energy and time thinking about what will Bayern do. We need to focus on ourselves.”
