Verizon Wireless on Friday announced an over-the-air update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
The update promises to tweak the users battery life, a much needed update on any 4G device, while also improving browser speed performance.
Also included with the update are improvements to the devices email application (non-Gmail app). Those improvements incldue better font sizing and linking, a new line in the status bar that shows when an email was received, and the ability for users to download Word docs and send multiple name cards at one time.
Your device should have already received the update if it has been turned on, if not you can probably expect the improvements to arrive some time today.
