The Droid Incredible has arrived back in stock at Verizon Wireless stores and just in time for the August 18th expected upgrade date to Google Android 2.2
The Droid Incredible has been out of stock following an AMOLED screen shortage that caused the $199.99 phone (with two-year-contract) to remain out of reach for Verizon customers.
Verizon’s website shows the units in stock and shipping as early as today with the same $199.99 price tag, but given the recent onslaught of AMOLED displays they may not last very long, especially with Google Android phones shipping over 200,000 units daily throughout the world.
