It is reported that the bodies of two pilots were found close to the place where the UPS plane crashed. Here is a tweet from Brett Rosner:

Initial Report
Various news sources are reporting breaking news from East Birmingham, Alabama. This morning a large UPS cargo plane crashed near the Birmingham airport.
According to initial reports, the crash occurred near 19th Avenue North and North East Lake Boulevard in an open field that used to be a neighborhood. That field belongs to the airport.
WVTM-TV’s Alabama’s 13 was on the scene and says the plane is still burning. The crew spoke to neighbors, and they say they heard a large boom and then several other explosions.
Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said the A300 plane crashed on approach to the airport just before dawn. Bergen says the plane was en route from Louisville, Kentucky.
The media has been asked to move back due these explosions. There could be debris covering about half a mile.
