TV sales are always a hot holiday item, and for those who have already browsed the Christmas and Black Friday deals, you might think there are no great markdowns left. This couldn’t be further from the truth. There are plenty of year-end deals currently underway and TV sales are on the shopping list. There are several ways to find year-end deals and ensure that the next TV you buy is at a great price. Here are some of the best year-end deals revealing where you can find electronics and TVs on sale at a great price.

Top retailers like Walmart and Best Buy regularly mark down televisions at the end of the year. When looking for the cheapest TV deal, you’ll want to compare prices. It’s also a good idea to spend a bit of time researching the features you need. Televisions have changed greatly over the years and with the advent of HDTVs, smart TVs, TVs with built in DVRs, cable ready and Wi-Fi ready TVs, someone new to these enhancements may feel lost or even overwhelmed.

Before you begin shopping TV sales, spend some time researching different televisions and determine the features you want and need. There is no point in purchasing a TV at a great price, only to get it home and find that it is incapable of performing the desired tasks.

Here are four excellent resources for TV buying guides.

Once you have a thorough understanding of the features you need, you’ll begin your search for TV sales easily and trouble free.

Walmart has a huge selection of TVs including many year-end, online specials. Walmart offers free ship-to-home on select items, as well as enables people to purchase items online, then have them shipped to their local stores for free. When buying TVs online, you must consider potential shipping costs. Sometimes the shipping can add up and greatly increase the price of your overall purchase. Make sure to determine beforehand whether the TV comes with free shipping and delivery.

Best Buy is also having end-of-year TV sales; however, they are offering free shipping on online orders. They have a wide selection of HDTVs available and with free shipping, that’s a great deal. Best Buy carries a wide selection of TVs including smart, LED and LCD, OLED, 3D TVs, outdoor, TV and DVD combos, and has a wide inventory of home theater accessories and selections.

When it comes to choice and selection, you might find no other store with as vast a variety as Amazon.com. Amazon has year-end TV sales with sets ranging in price from under $200 to nearly $40,000. One may ask what you get in a $40,000 television set. The model is the LG Electronics 98UB9810 98-inch 4K Ultra HD 3D, Smart LED TV 2015 model.

For those who aren’t interested in a $40,000 television set, Amazon has you covered. Their TV sales are vast and cover television sizes from 24 inches up to 75 inches and beyond (such as the 98 inch TV above). Popular television brands on sale at Amazon include Samsung, LG, Vizio, TCL, Upstar, Westinghouse, Element, Sony, Avera, Sharp, Hisense, RCA, Sceptre, Toshiba and more. TV sales prices start at 20 percent off and continue to climb. Remember, though, when it comes to TV sales and deals, it’s better to get a television that has the features that you need rather than to choose a cheaper model. By taking the time to determine exactly what you want in a television, you can rest assured that you not only save money with TV sales, but get the set that best fits your needs.
