Tori Spelling is laid up in a Los Angeles hospital fighting bronchitis and a sinus infection, but the ailments have done nothing to impair her ability to create drama.
On Thursday the reality television star posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed, along with a cryptic caption that appeared to call out husband Dean McDermott. “This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I’ve finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori.” she wrote
Though Tori Spelling didn’t mention her husband by name, the two have been going through some very public marital troubles of late. On the season premiere of their reality show True Tori , the couple aired Dean’s cheating scandal, with Tori meeting alleged mistress Emily Goodhand for the first time.
Tori also recently discovered a love letter that Dean wrote to ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, which a source said made the situation even worse .
“It makes Tori question everything again,” the source told In Touch . “Over the last year, they’ve worked hard to put what he did to her behind them and rebuild trust.”
The source added, “Reading the letter made Tori see Dean for who he really is: A cheater. He claims he loves her now, but what’s to stop him from going out and having another affair?”
There is another theory on the receiving end of Tori’s hospital bed tirade — her mother, Candy Spelling. The pair have had a strained relationship in the past few years, but as E! News pointed out they appear to have patched things up.
“It’s incredibly brave to share your life with the public, especially during hard times. My daughter has shown real strength and complete devotion to her beautiful family in the Lifetime Television docu-series True Tori. The second season premieres tonight,” Candy wrote with a photo of Tori’s family on Facebook.
Though many parts of her life are played up for the cameras, the medical drama facing Tori Spelling was quite real. She was admitted to Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles with an uncontrollable cough and trouble breathing, and was even briefly quarantined while doctors examined her.
