Tom Holland was pictured looking super casual as he stepped out in a navy hoodie, trainers and a pink baseball cap for a charity outing in New Malden, South West London. Daily Mail reports that the Spider-Man actor was spotted hauling huge boxes and bags bursting with old clothes into a Cancer Research UK branch in New Malden. The charity gesture by the A-lister seems to have been done after spring cleaning and settling into a £3 million house in London.

The 26-year-old actor, who grew up in Kingston upon Thames has recently purchased the luxurious abode together with his girlfriend Zendaya. The two met on the sets of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016 — but since then had kept their relationship secret until 2021.

The love birds are planning on taking their relationship to the next level by moving in together into the six-bedroom mansion in Richmond, London. According to The Sun, they bought the estate in 2022 and since then have been planning to make London their base. An estimated £250,000 renovation is also being planned, which includes the blueprints of a sophisticated gym, a luxe cinema and a comfy man cave. People close to the couple have confirmed the move. “They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together," a source is quoted from the Mirror, “They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them.”

The luxurious property is located just four miles from Kingston upon Thames, where Tom grew up. Sources close to the star couple spilled the beans on their plans: "Tom has made it clear he wants hi-tech security all around the premises, starting with an 8ft steel security gate on the drive. He was also very specific about his man cave and the cinema room."

According to Elle, the adorable couple was spotted visiting the Louvre in Paris and were photographed walking hand-in-hand through the galleries of the iconic museum. Another fan-captured video showcases the amorous couple holding hands and exploring the streets of London.

Their hawk-eyed fans also made an astonishing discovery. The couple seemed to be wearing "promise rings." Zendaya was wearing a ring with Holland's initials, and Holland was seen wearing pants with a “Z” initial on the back pocket in sweet tributes to each other.

They have so far denied expressing any news about their recent purchase, however, Zendaya and Tom are surely making serious plans for their future. The relationship seems to have moved a step further with them buying a property in London, and it looks like the renovation of their love nest has kick-started with a positive move of giving back to the community through donations.
