The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 12 is titled “Not Tomorrow Yet.” Similar to the past few episodes, major TWD spoilers have been published. One character that will be featured in Sunday’s episode is Morgan, played by actor Lennie James. As many fans speculated, Morgan will strongly disagree with Rick’s plan for Negan and the Saviors. However, peace has nothing to do with it, and some fans who have previewed the upcoming episode of The Walking Dead agree with Morgan. Could this result in Morgan replacing Rick as leader in future episodes of The Walking Dead ? Spoilers for the next episode of The Walking Dead also tease some information on Carol, leading some TWD fans to question her mental state.
According to Spoiler TV , Rick will talk to his group about the plan to sneak up and attack Negan and the Saviors . This website doesn’t specify who opposes Rick’s plan. However, The Spoiling Dead Fans revealed earlier this week that Morgan and Rick will have different ideas. Unfortunately, nobody listens to Morgan, and it might be something Alexandria may regret.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise to many TWD fans. When Morgan returned to The Walking Dead , he was a different man. Morgan was about peace and preferred to let people go with a warning instead of killing them. This is one major mistake Morgan made when the Wolves came to Alexandria.
In one of the promo clips for The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 12, Morgan gives a certain look when Rick is bringing up his action plan for Negan and the Saviors. It is obvious that Morgan disagrees, and fans are right about that presumption. However, it has nothing to do with wanting to keep the peace or trying to negotiate with the zombie apocalypse terrorists. It turns out that Morgan doesn’t think they should sneak up at night on the new TWD villain . Instead, Morgan suggests an all-out war by openly attacking the Saviors. However, the group disagrees and decides to go with Rick’s plan.
Fans of The Walking Dead hoped that Morgan would come to his senses and realize killing is sometimes necessary in the ZA. It seems that time has come. However, there are a few viewers concerned about Carol’s state of mind.

A promo for The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 12 shows Carol writing a list. It appears she is trying to remember how many people she has killed. As she jots names down, Melissa McBride’s character seems frustrated. She is rubbing her head and really seems to be struggling with this in a psychological sense. In Spoiler TV’s advance preview notes, it was speculated that perhaps Morgan’s “peace talk” with Carol is having an effect on her.
It’s unknown why Carol is writing the list and what is causing her to become frustrated by it. However, spoilers for the next episode of The Walking Dead don’t reveal Carol falling apart. They do suggest some major changes in Carol’s personal life may be coming for the character, though. For example, Spoiler TV mentioned that Carol and someone else are going to kiss. Also, someone will tell Carol that she represents Alexandria in a certain way. It is said to be a “touching” scene, so it’s definitely not anything bad. Fans should prepare for some more of Carol’s cookies, too. They will be given to someone special for a specific reason.
It is unlikely that Morgan or anyone else could ever replace Rick Grimes as leader in The Walking Dead . The comic books (and TV show) revolve around the character. However, there could be some issues when people wonder if Morgan had a better idea. This is especially true after an international promo revealed that Carol and Maggie are kidnapped during Rick’s attack. If anything happens to the two women, some might blame Rick.
What do you think will happen in The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 12? Will everyone decide to turn to Morgan for leadership after the events in “Not Tomorrow Yet?” Are you concerned about Carol’s mental state, or do you think the TWD character will be just fine?
