Targus today recalled half a million laptop power adapters over fears that the units can overheat causing burns to their victims
According to the recall 518 reports of connector tips overheating have been reported so far, while eight consumers said they had actually been burned by the units.
Targus is advising that anyone using their Universal Laptop Power Adapters stop using them immediately and contact Comarco for a free replacement.
