The Taco Bell breakfast menu is going to be unleashed on the world on March 27. And although there has already been mixed reviews about whether Taco Bell should be offering items for breakfast, there hasn’t been a real discussion of the (un)healthiness of the breakfast items that Taco Bell will serve up — until now.

Not including orange juice and coffee, Taco Bell has 8 items on its breakfast menu for you to enjoy.

Taco Bell has 8 items on its breakfast menu for you to digest.

Some of these items have a few varieties. With no further ado, here are the 8 breakfast menu items that you will find at Taco Bell with accompanying health information to help you know which foods to avoid if you are health-conscious.

Waffle Taco

The waffle taco with sausage will set you back from your diet the most, with 370 calories and 23 grams of fat. The other two waffle taco options of bacon (320 calories, 18 grams of fat) and egg and cheese (260 calories, 13 grams of fat) are the slightly healthier options.

A.M. Grilled Taco

If you have to have an A.M. Grilled Taco, your best bet is to take the egg and cheese version, since it includes 170 calories and 9 grams of fat. The bacon version includes 230 calories and 14 grams of fat. The sausage option has 220 calories with 14 grams of fat.

Breakfast Burrito

The Breakfast Burrito is definitely a little more on the hefty side than some of the other Taco Bell breakfast items mentioned thus far. For example, the burrito with bacon includes 490 calories and 28 grams of fat.

Cinnabon Delights

The Cinnabon Delights might be difficult to stay away from, but try to be strong. An order of 12 of these will set you back 930 calories and a whopping 53(!) grams of fat .

A.M. Crunchwrap

If you start your day off with an A.M. Crunchwrap, you may not have many calories to give for the rest of the day. The sausage A.M. Crunchwrap has 710 calories and fat count of 46 grams.

Sausage Flatbread Melt

This flatbread melt from Taco Bell costs you 300 calories and 17 grams of fat — making it actually quite a bit healthier than some of the other menu items.

Steak and Egg Burrito

The steak and egg burrito — with its 450 calories and 23 grams of fat — is a pretty heavy start to your day.

Hash Brown

Ah, the timeless classic. A hash brown isn’t as exciting as everything else Taco Bell is offering up, but its a pretty safe bet at 160 calories and a paltry amount for fat grams — 11.
