Did you know Ashton Kutcher was a method actor? Did you know that Steve Jobs only ate fruit? Well, when you combine those two facts you get a lot of stomach pain and a trip to the hospital.
Kutcher revealed recently that he was hospitalized after following Jobs’ fruitarian diet. The actor said that he was trying to get into character by following Jobs’ diet but eating nothing but fruit didn’t sit well for the former That 70s Show star.
Kutcher said :
“The fruitarian diet can lead to like severe issues … I went to the hospital two days before we started shooting the movie. I was doubled over in pain. My pancreas levels were like completely out of whack. It was really terrifying, considering everything.”
Jobs premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last week and Kutcher has been receiving some positive reviews. Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, however, isn’t completely satisfied with the movie.
Wozniak said earlier this week after seeing a clip from the movie that the filmmakers got several things wrong about the creation of Apple.
Wozniak said :
“Totally wrong … Not close…we never had such interaction and roles…I’m not even sure what it’s getting at…personalities are very wrong although mine is closer.”
