Southern Charm star Cameran Eubanks is a fan favorite on the show, but while her co-stars have opened up their lives for the cameras, Eubanks has kept a major secret — she’s married.
Although Eubanks has been extremely secretive about her relationship in the past, and will continue to do so on Southern Charm , the reality star recently began opening up about her marriage to Jason Wimberly. In one of her latest interviews, Eubanks revealed Wimberly doesn’t want anything to do with Southern Charm , and spoke of their future plans for a family.
“He wants absolutely no part of it, and I don’t blame him,” Eubanks revealed to Wetpaint Entertainment of Wimberly’s decision to steer clear of Southern Charm .
That isn’t to say, however, that Wimberly isn’t a Southern Charm fan.
“Yeah, he loves it! He’s totally supportive and loves the show, he thinks it’s great. But he has a pretty serious career going, so I don’t blame him for wanting to stay out of the realm of reality television.”
While Eubanks is just getting started in her career in real estate, husband Wimberly has a solid career — he’s a doctor. But although the couple may be financially stable, they aren’t quite ready to start having babies.
“He’s more ready than I am. I am definitely not pregnant now, I can tell you that. [laughs] No real desire anytime soon. I’m waiting for that feeling to kick in, when you feel the urge to. It just hasn’t kicked in — and it might not ever, you never know.”
Prior to the Southern Charm star’s engagement to Wimberly, she and her now-husband sat down and discussed the issue. During their chat, Eubanks told Wimberly she had no desire for children at that point, and that she may never want children. At the time, Wimberly claimed he was on board with the possibility of staying married to Eubanks, even if she didn’t want to give him a child.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Eubanks also discussed the second season of Southern Charm during an interview with Glamour Magazine earlier this week.
“When I agreed to do the show, I said I did not want my love life on national TV,” Eubanks explained on March 16.
“I was in a serious relationship when we started, and then I got married. I kept that separate from the show. My husband is the one who pushed me to do the show—he’s very supportive—but reality TV is not for everyone.”
Southern Charm Season 2 airs on Monday nights at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
