Sonja Morgan has worked very hard to turn her life around. On Season 4 of The Real Housewives of New York , Morgan filed for personal bankruptcy, as she was being sued for millions over a movie that was never made. In addition, Sonja was still caught up in her divorce drama. However, Morgan has worked hard to settle her debt, and she is coming out on the other side.
On this season of the show, Sonja Morgan really wanted to celebrate the end of her bankruptcy case. Sonja invited all of the ladies on a trip to the Turks and Caicos to celebrate with her, but she is learning that it may have been a mistake.
According to a new Bravo report, Sonja Morgan is now explaining that she is very disappointed with how Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer were talking about her behind her back while on vacation. It may just make her question her friendships.
“They just can’t be happy for me and feel the need to continuously try to keep me down. But despite their negativity, I am still in my house, raising a beautiful, smart daughter, and flourishing professionally,” Sonja Morgan reveals, writing that she is in complete shock that she invited all of the ladies on a trip and they showed no support whatsoever.
“I cannot believe that conversation between Bethenny and Ramona! Watching the two of them coming together to express concern for my well-being–while not discussing the issues with me–was shocking. They both continuously said that they were concerned for me and that I have a drinking problem,” Morgan reveals, saying that she is completely disappointed in the ladies talking behind her back.
Sonja felt that she dispelled the drinking rumors in Atlantic City. But it was clear to her that Bethenny and Ramona were not really the friends she had hoped for. According to the Inquisitr , Morgan has big plans of firing back at the reunion, which was filmed last week.
“Ramona knows me very well, which is why I am so hurt hearing her say to Bethenny that I am my own worst enemy. She is validating what the other girls are saying when she knows very well that I am a responsible person. She even said when we were alone that the other girls have no idea what they’re talking about! And yet when she is talking to Bethenny, she gives a completely different story. That was tough to watch,” Sonja Morgan concludes.
