Robert Pattinson might be secretly getting back with Kristen Stewart.

Pattinson is currently engaged to FKA Twigs, but was spotted hanging out with Stewart in L.A. last month. Are the former Twilight lovers together again?

According to Parent Herald , Pattinson and Stewart were seen having lunch together in L.A., sparking rumors of a rekindled romance. The pair ate at Los Feliz cafe and Stewart allegedly wore his shirt during the outing.

Stewart has been linked with two women in the past year. She dated French singer SoKo for a few months before breaking things off and getting back with Alicia Cargile.

Her recent sighting with Pattinson, however, indicates that Stewart and Cargile are no longer together.

Is it possible that they have rekindled their relationship after years of separation?

For his part, Pattinson is getting ready to tie the knot with Twigs. Pattinson and the British singer have been engaged for a year now and planned on exchanging vows before the year is up.

Considering his outing with Stewart, it looks like Pattinson is having second thoughts about his wedding with Twigs. Further, the couple has yet to even announce a date for their wedding.

Meanwhile, Movie News Guide reports that Pattinson has been keeping a low profile ever since the end of the Twilight .

Pattinson’s relationship with Twigs has been plagued by rumors ever since the beginning. Once the couple got engaged, the multiple delays in wedding plans led to further reports of relationship problems.

Allegedly, the biggest source of contention between Pattinson and Twigs is his fondness for Stewart. Apparently, Twigs was not happy when she discovered that Pattinson still communicates with his Twilight co-star.

The fact that Pattinson and Twigs have yet to walk down the aisle only makes matter worse. Until they officially get married or announce their breakup, rumors about the demise of their relationship will likely continue.

For her part, Stewart has been just as mysterious about her personal life as Pattinson.

In fact, it is hard to tell whether or not Stewart is in a relationship at any given moment.

That being said, Movie News Guide claims that Stewart and Pattinson are not back together. Instead, the actress is dating Cargile and has plans to marry her in the near future.

Stewart and Cargile have dated on and off again over the past year or so. Although they split back in April, the couple appears to be back together and stronger than ever.

Stewart and Cargile have been spotted on multiple occasions, which adds further evidence that they have rekindled their romance.

As far as her preferences are concerned, Stewart opened up about her sexuality last year. Now that she is no longer a part of the Twilight series, Stewart admitted that she had problems with self-esteem and being comfortable in her own body.

Fortunately, Stewart figured things out and is now confident with who she is.

Whether or not this means that Stewart wants Pattinson back in her life is another matter.

Neither Pattinson nor Stewart have confirmed the reports of their latest outing together. Based on their desire to keep their private lives a secret, it might be a while before fans learn the truth of their relationship.
