It’s obvious to anyone that Rihanna knows a thing or two about looking good, as is evident just about every time she is snapped by the hungry cameras of the over-eager paparazzi.
But, as we also all know, beauty comes at a price, and according to inside sources, that price is a whopping $50,000 a week for Rihanna, who spares no expense when it comes to looking her best at all times.
From hair to skin care to personal lash technicians, Rihanna really does have all the bases covered when it comes to her personal appearance.
An inside source told Look magazine recently that when it comes to her hair, Rihanna spends around $25,000 a week, and that includes sometimes spending $2,500 a day on personal hair stylists, who travel with her internationally.
The source revealed, “Rihanna has a round-the-clock team of experts to cater for her hair. Then there’s the cost for the actual hair. She only wears human hair that’s never been processed – her latest look cost around £7k ($12,000). For Rihanna her hair it’s her most important accessory so it’s not something she’ll scrimp on.”
For Rihanna, hair is just the tip of the iceberg, as there’s a whole lot more to take care of.
She has spoken in the past about the designer skin care products she uses regularly, “I like Crème De La Mere. I use it on my face, hands, all over.” Even though the product costs $340 for a small 60 ml pot, the price tag doesn’t bother Rihanna.
“She’s likely to go through at least four pots a week,” the insider revealed.
And then there’s the lengths she goes to to make sure her eyelashes are in order. Sources reveal that Rihanna employs her own personal eye lash technician who is literally on call 24/7.
“She has her expert is on call 24/7 and she get touch ups every day. It’s not unusual for Rihanna to wake her up at 2am to fuss with her lashes for a late night out,” the source said to the publication.
Add to the mix a personal make-up artist at $3,500 a week, a personal dermatologist for a cool $10,000 a week, and some regular contour tanning at around $5,500 a week and it is clear that Rihanna is truly obsessed with one thing above all others: her looks.
