RHOC couple Shannon and David Beador exposed their marital troubles to fans on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10. On the debut episode of the season, which first aired in June, the RHOC couple revealed David had engaged in an eight-month affair.
According to what fans have seen on the show, Shannon suspected her husband of cheating, but it wasn’t until she discovered hotel receipts in his briefcase that he actually came clean. Since then, the RHOC couple has been attending therapy sessions in hopes of regaining the trust lost, and bettering their marriage. On the show, a number of their therapy sessions have been seen.
After wrapping filming on Season 10, the RHOC couple claims to be in a much healthier and much happier place, and on Wednesday, they celebrated their 15-year anniversary. One day later, David’s mistress’ identity was revealed by the Daily Mail . Meanwhile, just hours prior, Shannon was discussing her relationship and marriage to David with fans on Twitter.

In a second tweet, Shannon assured a fan her marriage to David would remain intact.

According to the Daily Mail , the RHOC couple’s marriage appeared to be a hot topic for David’s mistress, Nicole McMackin, who put one of her children on a team with one of the RHOC couple’s children, possibly to learn more information about their relationship.
”It turns out that Nicole purposely put her kid on Shannon’s daughter’s basketball team, a team that David coaches. The whole thing is upsetting for a lot of different reasons. They began talking during games and Nicole would ask her how her relationship was going. It just seems really underhanded and manipulative, almost as if she was probing for info to use to break them up. Or maybe she was just feeling guilty.”
McMackin was also married at the time of her and David’s affair.
The RHOC couple’s marriage was certainly rocky for a while after David’s affair with McMackin, but now, they appear to be as happy as they’ve ever been, and Shannon continues to share photos of them together, and with their three daughters, online.
